Chief Executive

Following 14 years in publishing, marketing and PR, both client and agency side, Lisa has run ILN for eight years. In late 2007, Lisa headed up the buyout of ILN and is majority shareholder in the business. Before publishing, her background is in the luxury and drinks business, including Moët Hennessy in London. Prior to joining ILN she was part of a management buy-in to the wine and spirits trade ‘bible’ Harpers.

Jessica Daw

Publishing Director

Jessica started her career in magazines at IPC Media where she worked first in marketing on a range of consumer magazines and then moved into publishing management. She was Publishing Director of IPC's market-leading sailing portfolio before running portfolios of titles for Archant Ltd. Jessica joined ILN in March 2008 as Publishing Director and Client Services Director.

Jessica was crew on board the winning racing yacht Logica in the inaugural Round Britain Challenge Race. She raced non-stop, did not shower for 13 days and wore a bobble hat day and night.

Finance Director

Roger has more than 17 years' experience in finance in the advertising, media planning and buying sectors. He has looked after the numbers for some of the biggest names in advertising including Saatchi & Saatchi, Wieden+Kennedy and Ogilvy's and worked closely with blue chip clients such as Procter & Gamble, Nike, Diageo and Nokia. He joined ILN in 2008 and has made his mark as a commercially astute FD with a keen eye for numbers.

Digital Director

As ILN’s digital evangelist, Neil brings with him over 14 years' integrated and digital marketing experience gained both client and agency side whilst working in the UK, across EMEA and North America. Over the years he’s worked on brands such as TUI plc, GSK, Guinness, Nickelodeon, Nokia, Orange, Virgin Holidays, SAP and Xerox. Neil recently joined ILN, bringing a track record of delivering revenue growth through digital engagement channels.
